I’m a follower of Jesus, a husband to a beautiful wife of 31 years, a father to 4 incredible young men, an entrepreneur and business owner, a community volunteer, a school board trustee, an advocate for career and technology education, a problem solving engineer, a leader that leaves things better than I found them, I love investing in others and watching them succeed, I’m a sixth generation Texan, a team builder and collaborator, and a visionary that can make things happen.

I love McLennan County and I’ve been investing in it since I got here in 1987. This community is at a historical inflection point. Things have never been this dynamic and the opportunity for success has never been so great, but we have to make wise decisions. We can’t be passive. We can’t afford to make dire mistakes. We can’t let the “Texas Miracle” run us over like we’ve seen in other counties. We need to collaboratively grow a smart and prosperous economy that protects and expands our quality of life.
